Why Our Classes Hit Differently

Group fitness has a reputation problem: crowded rooms, generic playlists, workouts written for a hypothetical average person. At Greenwood Group we built our class formats around the equipment we actually own — which means when the program calls for a Romanian deadlift, there's a bar and rack available for every person in the room, not a pair of dumbbells as a substitute. Class sizes are capped at 12 to ensure your coach can watch your movement, correct your positioning, and push you appropriately. Every session is logged in our system so coaches can track how you're progressing week over week, not just session to session. The ink-blue training floor and focused lighting keep energy high without feeling like a nightclub — this is a place built for work.

Six Formats. One Strong Floor.

Each format targets a different training priority — most members stack two or three per week for a complete program.

Strength Fundamentals

The backbone of any program. This 55-minute class builds squat, hinge, push, and pull competency using barbells, dumbbells, and cables. Ideal for newer lifters and anyone who wants to lock down the basics before going heavy. Runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6 AM and 12 PM.

HIIT Circuit

45 minutes of timed work-rest intervals using kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds, and rowing machines. Conditioning-focused with a metabolic emphasis. Heart rate data is displayed on the floor screen so you can see where you're working in real time. Tuesday and Thursday at 6 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM.

Mobility Flow

A 40-minute structured mobility and active flexibility session designed to complement your heavy training days. Not yoga, not stretching — targeted joint prep, tissue loading, and positional work that directly carries over to your lifts. Wednesday and Friday at 7 PM.

Olympic Lifting Intro

An intro and intermediate class covering the snatch and clean-and-jerk progressions. Runs in eight-week cycles so you can build skill systematically. Equipment is dedicated competition-spec bars and bumper plates. Saturdays at 9 AM. Registration required — 8 spots maximum.

Conditioning Block

A 50-minute class built around aerobic base development using rowers, ski ergs, and assault bikes. Primarily steady-state with threshold intervals on Thursday. This is the class coaches recommend when members are building their first endurance base or returning from time off.

Saturday Team Training

The week's social class — a 60-minute partner or small-team workout that rotates between strength, conditioning, and skill formats. No two Saturdays are the same. Open to all membership tiers. This is where members who train alone all week find their people. 10 AM every Saturday.

“The Olympic Lifting Intro class changed how I think about training. I'd tried to learn the clean on YouTube for a year. After four weeks in that class, I hit a clean I was actually proud of. The coach spent time on my specific issue — a collapse at the catch — that I'd never been able to fix alone.”

Booking opens 72 hours in advance through our member app or at the front desk. If a class is full, join the waitlist — about 40% of waitlisted spots open up within 24 hours of class time.
